Support the day-to-day operations of a growing creative systems studio — scheduling, correspondence, client coordination, and keeping our own systems as organized as the ones we build for clients.
What you'll do
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the founder and client engagements
- Handle correspondence — email triage, follow-ups, and first-touch responses to inquiries
- Maintain client records, project documentation, and internal knowledge systems
- Prepare and format documents, proposals, and presentation materials
- Coordinate invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping handoffs
- Support event, session, and production logistics as needed
What you'll bring
- Exceptional organization and written communication
- Comfort working independently and managing competing priorities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and modern productivity tools
- Discretion with confidential client and business information
Nice to have
- Experience with project-management or CRM tools (Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with creative, nonprofit, or service-based organizations
- An eye for tidy documents and consistent formatting
